Exploring is free
Browsing examples, selecting local reference photos and copying or downloading recipes do not deduct credits. Submitting an enabled generation reserves the displayed credits. A confirmed generation failure returns its reserved credits; an uncertain provider submission is reviewed without automatic resubmission.
Existing account records
If your account has an earlier purchase or credit record, keep the order reference and contact the site owner about it. A failed generation credit adjustment and a refund to the original payment method are different operations; one does not automatically establish the other.
Purchases in other tools
An external AI tool may charge for using a copied prompt. Those purchases are made with that provider and are subject to its refund policy. Halloween AI cannot refund a payment made to another service.
