The current service
Halloween AI provides photo and video recipes, reference examples, a prompt studio and configured generation services. Generation requires an authenticated account, photo consent and sufficient credits. No exact result, likeness or output quality is promised.
Your photos and permissions
You must be an adult and have permission to use any photo you select, including the consent of identifiable people. Do not use the service for exploitation, sexual abuse, harassment, impersonation, unlawful activity or infringement.
Prompts and external tools
You may copy prompts into an external image or video tool that you choose. You are responsible for that tool’s fees, terms and treatment of your uploads, and for reviewing outputs and securing rights for your intended use. Synthetic content should not be presented as evidence of a real event.
Accounts and future paid features
Keep your account credentials secure. Halloween generation purchases are not open. If paid features are introduced, their price, output conditions and applicable refund terms will be shown before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
